odd noise under truck

odd noise under truck
Had an odd noise develope under the truck last night, almost sounds like a bag ticking. Looked under the truck and saw no visible noise makers but did notice that the trans pan seemed to have some oil on it, checked the fluid level and it was full... any ideas?

oh and btw had been thinking my truck was early 04 model but checked the valve sticker today and its a 325 so 04.5...

also ive been running the BDTD on the truck, would it have known the difference in the motors or is that gonna cause me some problems?
