No power difference with Quad standard
I just installed the quad standard to try out for a couple of weeks and I did not feel much difference between the settings. I did notice more smoke on the 60 and 100hp settings. How would a weak TC affect the performance? For instance if I am stopped against a 3" curb the rpms need to be up around 2000 just to get over the curb. Also no matter how hard I try I can not do a burn out on pavement.

Thats basically how I'd describe the power I had from the 'zilla also (both in my 03 and my 06). The only place that I really noticed an increase in power was while towing. It's powerband was almost perfect for towing.

I noticed a big difference with just the Quad 65hp XZT box!
The power was smooth and very linear throughout the entire throttle range (ie. still extra power between 90% and 100% throttle). Response was also much better than stock. Try going back to stock and see if you notice a difference...that's when the extra power becomes more obvious sometimes.
The 2000RPM issue sounds about right. I think the stock TC stalls around 2200. The lack of burnouts is probably due to the Torque Management system. Try letting off the brake just enough to roll forward and that will usually do the trick.

On 100, in both my 03 and my 06, I had to do a fairly significant powerbrake on 100 to break them loose - Not standing on the pedal hard, but building about 15 psi, then letting the brake slip until the tires spun. Standing starts or rolling starts - forget about it. Nothing. Yes, there was increased power, but nothing to get excited about. Really built a lot of boost, and on the 06 lots of smoke. When I exchanged the 03 module for my 06 module, they told me that the config of the box I had probably didnt give me anything over 30hp. Nice to know now! But the performance characteristics of the new one seem exactly the same (just without all the surging problems I had in the 03). Maybe this one is bad too......wouldnt suprise me.
