Nitrous system is in, but....
I havent put in a jet yet, what size jet would be good for and additional 50-80 shot? or for you nitrous junkies, what size would you recommend that i run for the best performance gain with my mods? I have never used nitrous before but i have friends that have in their gassers but i dont know what size jet to ues for how much HP gains.
I know how to use nitrous, ust not much about jet sizes and for diesels..

Try a .049 or .051 jet. Every truck is different and it also depends on where you spray. You will only make as much power as the fuel you are throwing at it. I know you dont want to buy a pile of jets, but it really is the best way to tune it right. About the worst that will happen is you make it too cold and the engine shuts down.
According to my jet calculator, a .049 will add approx. 91 hp to the wheels, if you have the fuel to match and 900 PSI bottle pressure.

it depends on what kit you have. if its a Nos kit then a 45 jet will add 90hp. A 30=30hp, 35=45hp, 40=70, 45=90hp, 51=115hp, 55=130hp. That is all depending on if you have enough fuel and if you have a Nos kit.

it is a nos kit, what do you think about my fuel situation, i do have excessive smoke off the line, fades as boost builds. from my signature, what do you think? I see you run it, and im new to it, any idea?

Without running any bigger injectors I wouldnt run anything over the 70hp most likely. I dont think the stack you are running will provide enough fuel for anything more than that. I'm running the 200hp on the second stage and still dont totally clear up all the fuel on my 2nd gen. The only way to really tell what you need to run without using a dyno is to keep an eye on your egt and make sure it doesnt get too cool and to keep an eye on your smoke levels. If it clears the smoke too fast and the egt's drop too much than your spraying to much. I think the 70hp will be just fine though and should work fine without any problems.

It's hard to say without having it dynoed but I've ran nitrous on diesels, gas cars, and atv's and usually whatever shot your spraying is what power you will make if tuned properly. As long as you have enough fuel for the 70hp to work with then you will make the full 70hp. Other wise you might only make 40-50hp.
