New turbo brake in ????
Installing my HTT 62/65/13ss this weekend need some input on the proper brake in period for the turbo
The temptation of testing the new toy will B hard to resist but if advised not to then I'll just have to wait but how long for?
What will B the most noticeable difference from this turbo & the stock unit ? top end, bottom, egt's or spool up. knowing this will satisfy the wait till she's broken in

I let mine idle for 20min or so then backed out of the driveway ease through the gears once then let'er rip. Make sure to pour some oil in it before putting on the oil line.

Turbo break in a kind of a controversial subject.
If I remember right HTT recommends that you kind of take it easy on the turbo for the first 100-300 miles.

yep...
It also takes a while for the newer HTT turbos to break in and loosen up.
My 64/13 in my twins spooled night and day better after 2000 miles or so than out of the box.
