Talking New Tires for 06 3500

I would like to get some new tires for my qc 4x4 3500, still using stock wheels. I put the leveling kit in and would like a little bigger tire. I do tow a fifth wheel so would like to stay with an E rated tire. Any help would be great thanks..

You might want to look at my post titled (UPDATE on 22.5" wheels or anyone looking at 35" or 36" tires) and see my findings. If you have an automatic and 3.73 gears be cautious and read my post I am sure alot has to do with the weight of the trailer you will be towing
P.S. fill in your Signature so we know what you have done to your truck etc

I'm thinking of going with the Toyo open country M/T in a 295/70/17. They are a e rated tire and not to tall. How does that sound?

I'm leaning that way myself. I had the 35" Toyo's but they didn't work too well with 3.73's and the 48re. 33's should work better.

I put the Toyo Open Country tires on my 06 (first stop from dealer showroom) 285/75/17 and had them siped and love them, very good tire on snow and ice. I was skeptical when my buddy recommended me to get them, because i had bfg's on my last truck and loved them, but i really like the toyo's, good choice, and won't break the bank like bfg's do

I don't think you can go wrong with the 295 Toyo's, I would reccomend them for an all around great size tire. I will be going to a 295 once my 35's wear out, I had 285's before and looked a little small, but with the 3.73's I have, 35's don't do so great for me at least.
