D'Oh! I just updated mine last night with Wild 4.09 to try out the aftermarket injector/turbo program. I guess I'll wait to see what Bob says about it...

I was wondering I have downloaded the new program but even on the last program he had from day one I have notice a timing rattle with all the odd number. I have stock injector in my truck and at idle and at low rpm I notice the rattle pretty bad. On all the even number it goes away so is the rattle bad on the motor because I g et better fuel mileage with the odd numbers. Can you help me out bob?

I just got a smarty as well and have noticed the rattle. I've read on here that it is fairly normal because the odd numbers of the smarty are adding more timing.

Unless it is extremly excessive i'm told it should be ok.

Mine does about 35# on 4.09 aftermarket turbo, mild torque management setting, SW1 30HP. Runs great, not too much smoke.
