Does your pedal grab right at the floor?? if so you need the hydrolic upgrade.

I just had an OFE installed and a BD short shifter at the same time so it's kind of hard to distinguish what caused it but I experienced the same thing. It wasn't major but was harder to slide into the gears. It loosened up after a week or so...

Yes it grabs right at the floor, I have only put on 200 miles, mostly highway on it, so it "may" get better

If not whats the hyd upgrade worth? I thought it wasnt needed until you get dual disc

I don't have the hydraulic upgrade and I don't have that problem. I considered it but Peter at SBC said it wasn't necessary until you go to a DD. If I remember correctly the upgrade was around $175

I had the same problem when mine was first installed. Mine was so bad that SBC sent me a new clutch and the problem went away. I do not know if it was the clutch or just the actual install where something may not have been lined up/off just a bit or what. The shop that installed mine first tried a new hydraulics, but that didn't do much, but afetr they installed the new clutch it was fine, it may have been fine if the origional was just removed and replaced also, but who knows.

I talked to Peter the other day and he said give it a few more miles, if it doesn't get better, call back. I'll wait a little while yet.
