If it was your carrier bearing you would notice it vibrating when starting out then it would stop at higher speeds.I had to drop mine down 1.5" to stop vibration on mine.

The noise starts at 45 MPH and it gets louder.

Well after reading all the responces I will first try ajusting the caster to reduce the pinion angle and if that does not work i will lower the transfer case. Does lowering the case put more stress on other componates like motor mounts ?

In my opinion , it doesn`t move it enough to cause any other problems.

I would pull the front shaft first to see if its coming from there before messing with castor.

I tried, got the rear loose but could not break the tork without stripping them. there is not enough rom to get strait on the bolt.
