New Interco VorTrac's
#31
Picked up a set yesterday from 4 wheel parts. They beat Summit Racing's price, paid $240 a tire. I'm running Centramatic wheel balancers on my truck so I don't know how much weight they would have taken to balance out. With the money I saved I ordered a the new 08 steering setup, once that's in and installed I'll put the new tires on the truck and take it for an alignment.

Bump for an update (sent you a PM before I saw this thread, sorry about that). Looking to get these to replace the stock tires (getting ready to hit 50k miles). Its hard as hell to find 35" tires with a Load Rating E.
Also want to see how they're working out for you on the stock wheels. Interco recommends an 8.5" rim width, but I'd prefer not to buy new wheels. And since you're running the stock wheels...

A little over 20K and they look to be about half worn maybe a little over half. Still run smooth and quite. Since I don't do a lot of off road these have been good for me.
I think I have another 20 to go on road although for off-road I'd relpace then earlier since these tires do not have deep lugs.
Starting to get a woble once in a while at 70mph but at 38K I may just have to update the factory ball jounts and stuff.(Maybe a Dynatrax at the same time)

Speaking of Interco's, anyone know anything about the TrXus STS's?
They're 10 ply rated as well, they call them an 'all terrain'.

Over 35K miles and fair wear. Little cupping and balance is tough as it take huge weights to get them even close. Maybe about 10k left to go.
Loose stuff traction basically sucks. maybe I was expecting too much from a A/T tire. ALso I do not have onboard air so I can't air down much.
Don't think I'll get these again. Since I tow a 5th and also go off road in the winter with a drift boat it's time to get a hyway set and an offroad set of wheels and tires.
