New Interco VorTrac's

Just put on the new Interco VorTrac 35x12.5x17"s. Tires look great and rides nice with the bigger tires. I like the 3640 pound E rating for the towing capacity.

These tires fit great with stock forged alloys & the 2" hbs kit. No rubs so far.

I'll post picks soon.

Keep us posted on how they hold up. I am looking to buy new tires in a few weeks and have been looking at possibly trying some of these. The Nitto 295's have not held up well at all.

Pics

Had to give her a bath and pretty her up a bit before I took the pics.

I'll get back on how they hold up. I do know I feel much better dropping the drift boat in the river with the wider stance and better traction. I'll be interested to see how they work aired down.

Interco says yes but I think there about 34.5". The tread is just at 10" outside to outside.

I've been tossing around getting these as well. Let us know how they do. Where did you get them. I saw on...I think it was 4 wheel parts...they had a free shipping and 10% off deal going on for a while. They had them at $222.00 per. I didn't think that was bad at all.

Yup 4Wheel has a good deal going. on these right now.

I think the price is low since they are new and not much demand for them yet.

Even got the free air compressor that hey were offering before xmas!(Not quite what I want for on-board air but free is free!)

Only had them on for 1/2 of my last tank of fuel and I am up just over 1 mpg to 16.24 mpg hand calcualted and I was a little heavy on the skinny pedal! Net effect of diameter change is good reducing the freway RPM's

Working good so far. Just about 5K and ready for first rotation(at least from axle to axle)

Smooth, quite and little signs of wear.

I have been looking into my next set of tires, and was unsure about these. But, if they are getting good reviews from real world people, they can't be all bad.

You say the 35x12.5x17 is rated at 3640 pound with a load range E. 4wheelparts states that tire to be 3640 but D?

All work and no play plus I dirve an econo box back and forth to work!!! Been busy so the pleasure trips up north fishing got cut way short this year. Saved about 5000 miles that I would gladly driven to been fishing.

Summers comming and I 've got a few long trip planned to haul the fam & trailer back east that will get me about 8000 miles.

But you're right not many miles!(at $4.40 a gallon it's not bad driving it once a weeks as long as I can let out some smoke!)

Inteco's site rates them 10 ply so that should be an E rate.
