I've got a set (4) of H2 rims aluminum for $400 on the classified or shoot me an offer I was gonna machine them but the guy wants like 50 a rim to machine them how do you run it with a router what size template would I need.

to machine then with a router you need a flush cut bit. One with a roller on the bottom of the bit. Then you use the wheel as a guide. There is a lip on the hub area, that is all your taking off. I did it with my rotozip. It took a bit of time for the first one, then the rest were quick and easy.

Wow, these things are getting pretty expensive. When I bought mine a couple years ago I paid $100 for the set.....

Routering the centers of the H2 rims are child's play compared to getting the front hub bearing out of the steering nuckle!
