not sure about the dd but on my ofe with the upgraded hydro there is a plastic pin on the clutch pedal. You can remove the pin and rotate the shaft to adjust travel.

yea I have that upgraded hydrolic system. I adjusted that and it still was the same just longer pedal travel. you only have to push in the clutch like an inch to two inches and the clutch is disengadged. no matter how much you adjust the rod that hooks to the pedal.

That doesn't sound right, I know my Haisley starts engaging a couple inches off the floor.

Justin,
It doesn't sound abnormal at all.
I have an adjustable master rod on my clutch pedal so I can adjust where I want things to happen.

with the 3600 dd, while idleing in N should there be noise coming from the clutch. ther is noise when you push the clutch in but that is normal I think with a dd clutch.

Yes, a DD is gona be louder in most all circumstances when compared to a stock clutch.

Mine makes more noise with the clutch pedal depressed but I THINK the 5600s are noisier when in nuetral and pedal released when compared to the G56s

Justin, my FE from South Bend does the exact same, same noise. Its not at the top of the stroke but pretty close to it. Everything sounds normal to me.
