Need some wheel/tire help

I love my 20's, but tires don't seem to last that long when you have so little area to work with. Being I have a 2wd, what offsets can i go with and what should i stay away from if I downsize to an 18" rim? I would like them to stick out a little bit, but not too much, enough to give it a rugged stance like my 20's do. I'd like to go with the Toyo Open country, so what size should I go with? Will a 285-60r 18 work fine?

Here are some of the wheels i'm looking at...I'm up for suggestions

Here's a pic of my truck. Some of ya'll have seen it before. I'm either buying new wheels and tires or keeping the 20's and getting some better tires.

Please help me calm my mind! Should I do it or should I keep the 20"s?

Keep them there isnt that big of a difference in tire prices between the two. (depending on where you shop)

Last set of 20" tires is bought cost me 700 out the door mounted and balanced.

I got about 45K out of them

They were Toyo proxys 285/50

I can't seem to find the 285/50 20 in a Toyo open country at. Any help?

And I've been looking at these Cooper tires, but I can't find any load range specifics...any ideas or info?

Sidewalls please.

Go back to 17's or consider getting a 1500 where pimp rims have their place. Tall sidewalls rule.

I found them on the toyo home site, but can't find them on any websites

On the Coopers, they're not even listed on the website! I've looked everywhere. Looks like they might be for the 1/2 tons, but it'd be cool if they came in a D or E class. I can't find that info anywhere's!

I like those tires what about calling like a discount tire tomorrow and asking them. Or if you have a place locally that sells cooper tires I bet they can hook you up with some kind of info. I could give you the number where I buy all my wheels and tires if you want it. I have to go up there tomorrow and I will ask them about the tires.

I just checked to and didnt see them on there website either.
