I second the thought about the fuel pressure. I would allmost bet on that. One other thing I would do is unprogram the smarty, then unhook both batteries, let it sit for half an hour or so,, (or you can touch the positive and negative cable together) then hook everything back up,, then reprogram your smarty. Sometimes the ECU can get a little confused and needs a refresher.... but my money is still on the lift pump

Are there alot of people loosing there lift pumps? If so how many miles are on them when they go out? I only have 31k on my truck. Could I have caused any more damage to anything else if ran it this way for a while?

Is it possible that the stock auto is starting to slip under those conditions?

at 30k miles, I had burned up 3rd gear with totally stock power.

Havent upadated in a while tranny is done. Besides engine is not even revving up just no power. Also if I am pulling hard in 3rd gear when it shifts to OD it barks the turbo. Like thers not enough fuel.

The turbo barking on the OD shift isn't because of not enough fuel. Thats because of the sudden rpm drop.

You could be draining the rail. I did some tests with my truck. Totally stock, 0-108mph. Then added a FASS and went again....I could feel a difference at high speeds where it was apparently starting to drain the rail. BUT it would still rev the same just didnt have as much power.

You may be noticing this now because of your tranny being built (recently I'm assumming?) since you have more efficient power transfer.

ON EDIT: I see you said thats its not even revving. Thats a programming issue.

Well put gauge on today and you got it right on lift pump is weak. So now my question is Fass or GDP? What are the big differences between the two? Wheres the best place to buy one?

Glacier all the way. I used to own a FASS.

Check the DTR to see if Lary carries Glacier Products....if he doesn't, check out DTR's fine vendors.
