Ok guys heres what my front fender will look like if I mod it to fit the
37x13.50R17 Toyo M/T's with my Kore Chase system. Im not going to cut the fender I'm going to bend it over what does everyone think does it look OK???
Thanks for any opinions....................................

i ended up bending over the pinch weld and cutting some of the fender liner and some fender.

I also opened up the fender mounting holes and moved the fender back a bit.

Did you repaint the fender? What could I use touch up paint, or would it look funny? The picture shows about what my truck will look like...... Do you think its worth it????? How do you like the 37s compared to 35s?

I'm not to sure I would bend my fenders back. Have you seen the DRC (Desert Racing Concepts) fiberglass fenders? They look pretty good and give the truck a pretty aggressive look. I'm contemplating putting on 37's and I'd get the DRC fenders.

Yes I want the fenders and eventually will get them but just cant justify price tag right now especially if I buy 1200 tires and 400 track bar. college life is expensive to lol................the thing is if I do end up going with the glass fenders whats the point in atleast not trying this out first? I do agree that the glass fenders look awesome though.......

this is what they look like after the mod. I did take some of the lower fender off.

a couple pics of the mods

you can bend the pinch weld back for more clearance if needed. I did not need to for stock wheels, but did need to for the weld wheels. Offset issues. either way, you cant see if from the side, you need to look for it.

the side fender bolt hole

if you are thinking of the fiberglass fenders you can find them here. http://www.glassworksunlimited.com/s...&cat=13&page=1

i figured I would do this first and if it did not meet my needs i would then go to fiberglass. this works and is easy.

I think it looks great. I am curious to see if me pushing my axle forward 1" will be enough with my lift. Otherwise, I will be doing the same thing!!
