Need info on moderate performance upgrade.

This is my first post so please bear with me. I have a bone stock 05 6spd with 10,000 miles. My brother has 04 d-max lly 3500 with only a predator programmer and my buddy has 200? p-stroke 7.3 with predator programmer and both are "lying in the weeds" waiting to pounce on my little RAM. What upgrade can I do to defend my ram's honor without voiding the factory warranty or damaging my engine? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would go with the Hot Juice with the Attitude monitor, cut the exhaust off, and intake. as far as your waranty any programmer will void it, just unplug and take it out if you ever have any problems.

I really like what I have read about the edge juice w/attitude but if you have to drill and tap manifold for pyro won't they know what's up?

yes they might call you out on that. it mostly depends on your dealer. just take the juice off and say you are using the attitude as guages. they look the best .

It's been said before and it will be said many times again in the future....if you're gonna play then you better be prepared to pay. If you can, in good conscience, lie to your dealer then go ahead. Just know that they can still tell you have a box even if it isn't on your truck. That little ole' computer on your truck tells them a LOT (not to mention strips of velcro on top of the fuse box).

I am going to have to do something my pride can't take another day like today. I was following my brother we were on our way to get a load of concrete gravel and on the first steep hill he left me sucking smoke. The dealer I bought my truck from won't honor warranty with a box, a friend bought his at a different place and they installed his for him. Maybe I need to go and trade for a new Mega Cab at his dealership. They put an edge juice with attltude in his.

I wouldn't think a 7.3 ford would be able to beat you to bad modified. they are like 250hp stock? the dmax is going to eat you up until you mod though.

I would look at the triple dog with the outlook or juice with the attitude. I like the juice better from what I have read. I am getting that for the wife for christmas

I drove his d-max our second trip that thing is pretty stout. We ran them up the steepest grade in our area when mine was new and they ran dead even. He has me by a little now, but hopefully not for long.
