Lloyd just came to my work and dropped off the Smarty. Hey Bob, when did we talk this morning, around noon? (9am your time) 6 1/2 hours later I get a custom tuned Smarty delivered to my door! I always heard about how you guys go out of your way to help people out, but that kind of service is unheard of anymore.
