Hi new here. Good reads. Late I know but when the swithis left in the off position does it operate like a normal trans.

Yes with it off the truck functions like normal... Another nice bonus to the switch is anti-theft... When I use to work in the hood, I would shut the truck off and flip the switch on. If you got into the truck, started it and put it in gear (without turning the switch back off) it would lunge forward and stall like you dumped the clutch on a manual. Might not have been the best anti-theft device, but better then nothing...

The wire coming from terminal 87 on the relay out to the Transmission.
Does that T into pin 25 on the PCM or do you cut that pin 25 wire?
