just received my mopar factory foglight kit. came with the bezels, wiring harness,relays,etc,etc. but my replacement switch does not replace the "dial" type one in my truck now( i belive my kit is the new on for the 06 trucks)- it is a seperate "push button type" switch! which is fine. the direction are just pictures- no written words! i do have to make one slice. i have splice one foglight wire into the low beam wire- if i do this the foglights will only come on with the low beam headlights. so, i imagine i need to splice it into the parking lights if i want to operate my foglights without the headlights or with them on high beams. correct??

Thats what I did, I spliced the fog lights into my parking lights. That way I can run fog lights with only park lights on, with low beams, and with high beams.

That would be correct. I had mine dealer installed as part of the purchase. They installed the rocker switch to the right of the factory headlight switch. I will probably move my splice to the parking lights so they will work on the high beams also.

As above , my kit cane with the rocker switch. Directions take a little time but do eventually make sense. And yes wire to the parking lights and fog/driving lites will work with all combinations of lights, low/high or just parking lights. Easy install once the directions make sense to you, took me all of 1 hour to install.
