My new shoes ... 295 Toyo MTs
I looked and looked and couldn't find pictures of 295\70-17 Toyo OC MT on factory wheels with factory suspension ... so after getting them on, I figured I'd help out those looking ...
They are awesome ... quieter than BFG MT I have had in the past. These measure 33.5" tall and right at 12" wide. And they carry a whopping 3970# load rating ... 10-ply, etc.

I'll get some more ... They aren't even close to rubbing. I max'd the suspension out on the rocks you can see in the back ground ... it is my own little rock climbing area

I got the same setup on my 06 2500. The only downside is that it has developed a pull to the right since I put them on. I've had both Les Schwab and the dealer check the alignment and it still wants to pull to the right. I'm almost thinking that these tires just follow the road more than others. Pretty annoying though.

What it is is the design of the front end. The wider tires augment the natural tendency to pull. Good news is dodge has acknoledged this and will repair it (as long as you haven't lifted the truck). I have another post rolling around about the pull to the right fix. Don't live with it, keep pushing. I am at the 1.5* step. Going in tomorrow. If you are lifted, you will have to pay for it.

the pull to the right is a known issue. Dodge has acknoledged it. Problem is, it does no affect all trucks. You can put the same tires on 2 different truck with the same wheels and they may pull, they may not. My truck was actually pretty bad before the tires. I had the factory BFG 265s and it pulled. I had 2 other CTDs and one pulled with 265s, one didn't. and my CTD megacab dually didnt pull with super skinny wheels and 285s ... luck of the draw. Although, offset wheels will help the pull go away.

Well mikegronholz,
You cost me $1250.00 bucks today. I liked the look of your truck so much I had to get me a set today. They look great; just have to get use to the ride. The ride is much stiffer than with my stock 265's. They fit the bill for me and what I wanted. Just a little bigger but still practical. Now I need to do something with the suspension.

Glad you are happy. They look and fit just right huh ? Even with a 2" spacer, I think they would be perfect. They are only 1" shorter than 315's.
The stiffness does take some getting used to ... try air pressure changes. I've had mine as low as 45\35 F\R just to see what it did. Real smooshy. I ended up at 75\60 F\R and seems to be just right for me. I get 99.5% tread contact in the rear. i do love the tires though
