I can't say for KMC, but I have had CCW do several custom wheels for me in the past and it doesn't end up costing much more than a regular set would. Machine time is pretty much the same, just a little more material involved, assuming they have blanks large enough to start with.
The only expensive custom was an 18x15 for the viper, and only more $$ because they had to use 2 hoops, cut them apart, and merge together to get the width.
Heck if you could get them to do a 22.5 in 8 lug it would be cheaper as you could ditch the adapters. I'm sure the SRW guys would love a 22.5x14 for some super singles

You guys have been so helpful that I am trying my best to give back what little insight I have gained through all of this. And there is an end; just don't know if it is in sight...YET! 
My truck is back at the shop; and will have had a lot more done to it by the time I pick it up next Friday!!!
