Talking muffler eliminator

I am looking for a muffler eliminator for my '03, does anyone know where I can purchase one? Also, is it obnoxiously loud while cruising around 70 MPH?

Any other places or someone I can get one from other than Geno's. I like Geno's and all, but I can replace the muffler for the price of the muffler delete pipe.

Yep, your right. I just did the Donaldson MO85171 and w/ install at the local muffler shop I think I spent $110, and that includes the reducer and welding it up. And it sounds great!-Steve

Cool Getting rid of the muffler

The thing that is nice about the MEP from Geno's is it is a direct bolt on. You can't just run a straight shot on the 3rd gen trucks. Not exactly a plug for them, but that is a nice kit.

Look at the thread "Stacking a 3rd Gen" to see the kit I bought!

Okay, I removed everything from the muffler back and managed to salvage the muffler. I am planning on putting 3.5" flex pipe in place of the muffler. Has anyone had any experience doing this and will I need to add a hanger onto the flex pipe?
