More Smoke W/ Smarty Jr Compared To Smarty Sr Sw#5 ??

More Smoke W/ Smarty Jr Compared To Smarty Sr Sw#5 ??
i have been running my smarty s06 on sw#5 and havent really noticed any smoke even when i run it hard. i have seen guys w/ the smarty jr running on any of the 3 levels and getting smoke. is this normal or is something wrong w/ my truck?

On MY truck........... Smarty Jr on the 70 or 100 hp levels produces more smoke than the Smarty Sr on SW3 or SW5. Never really understood it but both are awesome pieces!

All trucks are a little different as far as programming goes. The newer updates smoke a whole lot less than the older ones on the SR.

yeah i have the newer programming in my smarty (4.11 i think), but the jr. should also have new programing as well......

True, but the Performance setting on Jr has "modified tq man". That may have something to do with it.

im running the "mild" tq manag that came w/ my smarty.

im just trying to figure out if something could be wrong w/ my truck because i have yet to make smoke. and i see guys w/ the smarty jr as the only mod making good smoke.

i guess if there was a problem w/ my truck it would be fuel related correct? less fuel=less smoke?
