I had a Inline exhaust brake on my 06 and with the gravel, mud, water it was shot in less then 6 months. So I replaced it with a turbo mount atleast it stays clean.
I never noticed a exhaust temp increase from the inline to the turbo mount.

Does anybody know if the PacBrake comes with a threaded port to install an EGT probe like the BD brake? Also, will the PacBrake air compressor fit next to an aftermarket intake manifold like the AFE Bladerunner?

Yes, the Pac Brake comes drill, tapped, and pluged for an EGT probe. HOWEVER, mounting it there is about a 300 degree cooler difference than on the Exhaust manifold itself. It really pays to have accurate EGT's. IMHO

Thanks for the info. This might be a dumb question but does the exhaust manifold come drilled, tapped, and plunged? I would go out and check myself but I am currently 8,000 miles away from my truck and I'm not sure I trust the wife's mechanical skills!

Nope, Manifold is not drilled. You have to do it, or in my case, chickened out and had it done.. LOL
