Here is why:
(1) Where the dually fender starts, there is a shadow reflection that is inconsistent.
(2) There appears to be a clear line where the long bed dually fenders were added at the rear of the truck.
It appears to be a pretty poor Photochop. the healing brush and clone stamp tool would have done a much better job. Also, the distorted image most likely stems from teh skewing necessary to line up the two images.

I don’t know Wiggs, I’d have to disagree, I would say it's for real. The picture showed the name and number of a frame shop on the building in the background. The shadows, reflections, and glare, all seem actual and not photoshopped. The text in the picture looks like it was done in Paint, I doubt this person would put the time to use CS2 and then use text from Paint. If I could get the original picture, I could unlock the picture and break the layers apart in CS2 to see if it is fake. I say it's for real, and hopefully this guy can tell us about it and get more pictures...

I hear you guys but here is a blow up of what I am saying. You can see what looks like a clear line where a section was Photoshopped into the picture in two separate locations. I agree that I WANT it to be real and HOPE that it is; I am just don't think that it is.
I agree that Nick you make an excellent point about the CS2 versus paint, but, for the argument's sake, let's say he did that on purpose to raise the exact idea you did. Also, I have NO IDEA why he would put his contact info if it were fake, but who knows why people do a lot of the things they do!!

Yeah, with such a pixiated poor quality picture, I just can't tell. He couldn't have done such a good job with that picture, he would of had to have the HQ picture, Photoshop it, then resize it to make it distorted or skewed. My final thought is it’s for real, and had the text inserted in Paint (or some poorer quality photo editing software) and resized a non symmetric size…

I'm kinda having to go with wiggs on this one. Also look at how high up the dually fender goes. Last time I checked they didn't touch the bed rails. Also, the back of the dually fender looks like it just got chopped off.

My guess is because your computer is older than dirt and your browser had not yet updated the page on the open window you had in your browser.
Look on the back of your monitor, does it say "made in Flintrock"?
