When I was running my Silver62, my wife could hear me 2 or 3 minutes before I got home. I thought it sounded "BODACIOUS", I loved it. Much deeper sound than the Aeroturbine.
Since I installed the compounds, it still sounds nice, but less than 1/2 the decibles, I have removed the muffler and it is still quieter than with a single turbo.
It did have a very slight drone at about 2200rpm, but I very rarely ever operate at that point, it was not a problem. Fit was perfect, no problem around my airbags or spare tire, and the one piece tailpipe over the axel, to me is a plus.
Mine is Aluminized, after two winters, the only rust is on the hangers. I would recommend band clamps over the u-bolt type crimp clamps.

When you order, just request "SS BAND CLAMPS".

I had that exhaust for 1 week. I got it for nothing cause a guy was trading in his truck at my sons dealership and he put on a stock one. Well that thing had so much drone and loud as hell that we took it off after 1 week. Actually we threw the exhaust away. This waS before I knew of this site or I would have given to one of you guys.

a lot of drone problems can be cured quickly by installing an exhaust tip, that prtrudes out from under the bed of the truck, get the tip about as far out as plumb from the edge of the bed. This gets the sound out from under the truck, under the truck it tends to just shake and come into the cab. I just got around to putting the tip on my 5 inch straight pipe and the cab sound changed and got a lot quieter, I think I miss it already..........

Yes on the elbow. With the 4" elbow you need a 2005-up exhaust system or at least the downpipe section.
