Hmmm, you are right.. It does say 2 different things about the Cam retaining bolt on the F1 website.

Both values likely end up similar when done but that info is confusing.

I have thought about the H3 as well and it seems in these CR motors the H2 is all that is needed.
Should have the sticks back today from what I here so I will be up and goin again. If I don't like the way it spools after the pull tomorrow and Saturday I will be adding a cam.

I wish Don would chime in on why he doesn't recommend a helix 3 in CR's? I really wanted one but ended up with a helix 2.

Yeah, torque the bolt ot 20 ft lbs and then turn the bolt an additional 180 degrees or 1/2 turn.

The H3 is not very good in a 3rd gen unless: The twins spool lighting fast or you have something similar to a stock single. The H2 dominates the H3 in nearly the entire RPM range.
We are redesigning the H3 grind to try and gain some low and mid range back.
