YES.

TTY is expressed as an initial torque rating, then a rotation specified in degrees.

Don posted something on this the other day on here.He said that they end up being about the same but better to do the 20ft-lbs + 180*.

Yeah, torque the bolt ot 20 ft lbs and then turn the bolt an additional 180 degrees or 1/2 turn.

Coal Train,
The H3 is not very good in a 3rd gen unless: The twins spool lighting fast or you have something similar to a stock single. The H2 dominates the H3 in nearly the entire RPM range.

We are redesigning the H3 grind to try and gain some low and mid range back.
