Manipulating tje Throttle For Best Performance
I was driving around the other day giving some thrill rides and with things turned up on kill mode. I had my foot to the floor and running real good when I came to some traffic I lifted only slightly on the throttle still accelerating at about 90mph. At that moment the truck seemed to actually aaccelerate as I lifted my foot. I have felt this before but till now never thought much about it. Didn't have enough open road to try to duplicate this again. So here's my question:
When doing things like dragracing is it better to just keep your foot to the floor, the whole way, or lift off the throttle ever so slightly out of the hole and keep it at about 7/8th's full on??????
On edit: sorry for the misspelled title I need to proofread better I guess. If a moderator reads this thread, please correct so I don't look too much like an idiot. LOL!!!

I notised the same thing with my old powerjoke.I got the best results holding to the floor,& a little before the end,let off slightly to get the surge at the end.I'm pretty sure this is an underfueling surge for a second when the fuel rate drops off with high boost levels.I'd imagine that the EGT's rocket @ that time, but only for a second.Hope this helps.
