I think it makes the ride really rough. Mine softened up a lot since the shackle clears. I'll PM you in a little while.

Thanks i see how maybe they would stiffen up the springs for traction [wheel hop] like they say but, i dont see how he said he got another inch out of them? So are you planning to relieve some area for the bottom bolt,is it possible, do you think this guys right and you have the wrong application shackles? Be a couple more days before mine arrive to be able to tell you.

Yes it does make the ride a little rough but not to bad.
It pulls the other leafs down to the over load there for droping the rear. It is kinda like a preload all the time.
