Lowered stance, need opinions

I know most of you guys are 4WDers but that makes ya'lls opinion better for me. I'm trying to get my truck to sit level and first thing I did was put the 2 rear spacer blocks on top of the leafs. That lowered me about 1-1/2". Then I found a 2" lowering shackle set but it only lowered me about 1/2". A 2" set is suppose to net 1-1/2, why they call it 2" I don't know, but all I got was 1/2". I haven't got back under to evaluate them and see if something is hitting but I'd like to hear what yall think about the stance.
Thanks

I think it looks sweet! If you could get it perfectly level would be even better though. One thing I have always hated about the 2wd trucks the factory raked stance is too much it looks awful.

What brand are yours where did you find them, mine are AIM and they were 69.oo + shipping. Yours looks good but i know you wished it was down another 1" to level her out right? Me to

Yea but that was a 1/2 ton. I have a 1 ton and yours is a 3/4 , i would think mine and yours are the same. I ordered mine from the same website you posted, are you sure it only lowered yours 1/2", is your shackles the short ones that where the spring is lower than the shackle perch? This is how mine is , for ex. the picyures of that 1/2 ton is oppisite of how mine are. Dont see how they would adv. 2" and only deliver 1/2". Yours beening a 3/4 prob. dosent have overloads as mine does i sure hope this doesnt just set the springs right on top of them, anyway well see -good looking truck.

The truck in the instructions is a 1/2 ton, I just liked the way he used the 4x4 and jack. I went and checked it out, the new shackle it hitting the frame, see pic arrow

This part on the short shackle is to short to clear the frame. What now?

I guess I could reshape the frame where it's hitting.

Yea Yea part number SHA-D002xx, said 02-06odge 2500-3500 2" drop shackles. 69.00 + shipping[ and shipping was high] did yours end up like 91-92.00?? Is it bad enough we have to send them back or their something we can do to make them work for us? I hate shoddy products!! But these forums are good to spread the word, so if thier crap - hopfully well keep others from getting screwed too.

Im not into the lowrider thing either, just hate that kicked in the butt look that dodge gave our 2wd trucks. Just want her level, i think CLeger67's looks even lower due to his very large wheels 22" i believe. I just run the factory 17's. Just not sure now about getting mine low enough to be level with the 1 ton springs due to the overloads, ive gone out several times today and looked at them its going to be close with these shackles. Ill live with it either way i done with the front end, already had it realigned the other day after removing the front spacers, i like it much better this way over the front being lifted that high.

I only have a 6000lb bumper pull camper, anybody know when the overload spring comes into play. I never haul anything so could I take out the overload spring?
