Before the Smarty I had 29psi max. After the Smarty I can hit 35 max. Yes please report back Jiggerman this is a interesting thread. The other thing I noticed I can hit 35 psi on Smarty level 1 through 9, dosen't seem to matter the #, and the timing is always at max ( level 4 in the revo settings)
07, auto, QQ, SB, Smarty

No problem James. Thats the opposite of how it works for me. Without smarty i can hit up to 35lbs but with Smarty i only hit 30lbs. max at WOT. How is your truck running with the Revo setting 4 for timing. I wanted to try it but after taking the suggestion from earlier in this thread i decided not to go back, but as stated does feel more powerful for some reason(anyone?)

TM4 should be the most power full. (On the Smarty Jr the timing makes between 15 and 55 hp more based on the level.. the most advanced makes the most power)

More timing usually does mean less boost as more of the combustion is happening in the cylinder.

I do beleive more timing is more power (to a certain point), but also flatter boost ramp / less max (at least in my experience)....that's why i wrote my thread above....basically, when i run revo or tnt, i personally prefer to run the aftermarket injector timing....for daily driving, faster boost / spool is more useful than ultimate hp at wot...but i am guessing it's giving up some actual max hp....just wierd as i can go for a drive right now and hit 45psi easily with only smarty wastegate disable...I dont do it often on the stock turbo, but that's why i have the shiney HTT getting ready for install. In any event, if you cant get over 30-35psi for what ever reason...definately get a boost fooler.

I agree with the quicker boost ramp i can definetly feel the difference between the two, but if i can manage to get some extra milage i'll try it out. I really appreciate everyones opinion. I'm picking up the fooler tomorrow ill let everyone knows how it goes...

ok so i got my quad std today after much work this week and no time to do anything. The first ride i cant really tell the quads there but i think thats due to the switch of my fuel pump being broke. However the boost issue is fixed and i boosted up to 42lbs today and saw a max temp of 1325!! Really happy with the investment and getting ready to send the quad in so i can have the X2...Anyone with this problem don't hesitate on the cheap fix its definetly worth it!!!

I dont know if its because I have an SPS62 turbo or what, but mine barely sees 35psi on smarty levels 1-9. I DO have a boostfooler too. I have adjusted the wastegate and checked for leaks. Any ideas? are there any others with 62mm turbo and stock fueling that see better than 35psi with smarty.
