I have had my truck and since about the 60,000 mark,I have brought tp the dealership 3 to 4 times for this noise with no success. With my old quadzilla race box on I can hear it pretty good when backing off or light throttle. I just figured it must be timing although I can get my buddy truck to make this noise with my box on his 2003. I have always thought it was my CP3 pump because it sound like its coming from lower part of the driver side engine compartment. I just put the new X2 box with the pod(Now I can read Rail pressure) in and I tried running the stack program which is pressure only and I'm still getting the noise. This make me think that it is the CP3 pump. I have already replaced the actuator and cascade(overflow) valve. I'm wondering if its the pressure release valve because when I have it on the 140 hp race program and I get on it when hit 230000 psi and then I back off it will spike to 27000 psi plus this box is very smooth but just driving normal once I get around 2200 rpm on the high when I will get a surge of power and my injection pressure will jump quickly. Any thoughts guys ?Thanks
