Lorenz and Misc Installed - Pics

List of goodies that just got installed

Lorenz 5100 System
+ Dual Purpose Leafs
+ Extended Links
+ Thuren Trackbar
+ Defiant Steering Brace

Need some more seat time, but first impressions are excellent: More
Controlled on turns (less lean / roll), no longer bottoms the front (where
it did before), ride is significantly improved (DP's are awesome), steering
is tight and accurate, on slow, tight turns the steering pump isnt whining
like it did before, think it's the perfect height for the 34" tires....so far
very happy and money well spent.

Toyo AT 285/75 (34"x11.5")

AD 150 + Vent Kit
- Air Dog has an air leak (need to figure that one out)
- Quad FP/RP sender is wasted (new one on the way)

Given the air leak issue, not all roses here, but it's an install issue, not a
product issue...

Window Vents

Fender Flares
Think these are worth it as they make the truck not look like every other
ram out there...given my tires dont stick out, they're the perfect width.

Defiant Rear Light Brackets and 4" Hellas

Think i'm done for a while....no more parts for awhile....but at some point in the future, looking for springs (safety precaution vs. smarty tnt even thought i'll never run the R (4k) tune), and a nice shiney HTT 62/65/13ss....

Sorry about the lousy pictures!

black wheels and 35's will make the unpainted fender flares look right.

Nothing wrong with those pics. I have been waiting for someone to post pics of a 3" lift with the Toyo O/C AT 285/75's to see how it looks and it looks pretty good. I have been wanting to get these tires mainly because of price and better fuel economy but I think the 35" O/C MT would fill the fender walls better. Looks good man.

The Lorenz 5100 system is a 2" lift (Not 3")....i struggled with the decision as i wanted to get the Lorenz 2.25 system (3"), but i thought it'd have too much gap in the fender wells with the 285/75 tires, i dont really offroad...and i didnt want the 35" tires becasue of fuel economy (i drive a lot of city), performance loss (not really a big deal with smarty), and didnt want to get rims yet $$$...

For my needs, i think she's good, although i'd really like black rims...

Looks great! Wish I had of went with the DPL's instead of the mini-packs in the beginning. I agree, some black rims would make that thing sweet!!

Are you sure they are 34" tall, or are you just going by a metric converter scale, or from their advertised specs?

I am just saying this because the 285s I had on my old truck were 33" tall and 32.65" after they were mounted and installed.
