Brett, we are trying. I am having trouble keeping chargers together that are bigger than 80mm. Wish HTT would build me a 90mm bottom, their 80 has been flawless. Tim

I bought a new 66/71/16 ss from HTT drove it for about 16 months , then called HTT cause it was not exactly suiting my needs and they told to pick out any turbo they offer as a replacement , so I picked out a 62/71/13ss cause I was switching over to a MPI twins super street setup

HTT took my old used turbo I had bought 16 months earlier that had thousands of miles on it & in turn gave me a new 62/71/13ss HTT also threw in the complete polished housing to go with it and paid for all the shipping zero cost to me because

thats my story & im sticking to it !

That's unbelievable! What's the next step up from "above and beyond"? Because I think that's what you call service like that! There was little doubt in my mind as to who to buy my turbo from before, but that pretty much seals the deal!

Moral of this thread...

HTT has great customer service and will probably take back your used turbos, but if they don't you can always take them to Nordstroms and get a full refund.

Here's another good example of HTT's great service. I ordered a 71 series 62/14 from them and when I opened the box I discovered a polished stainless steel tubo housing version(which I didn't order), and is about a $100 upgrade, I believe. I called them up to inquire about the mistake and they said they were temporarily out of the standard version and upgraded to a stainless housing for FREE. Now that's a heckuva good deal.

My wife works for a clothing company that has a very generous return policy. A customer got hit by a car, skidded on the ground and tore his jacket to pieces. He was OK, but returned the jacket for a replacement. He got it, but then again he was the kind of person who took advantage of the company. There are always those kind out there.
From this thread, it sounds like HTT is the way to go.
