Scott:
The Kore stuff seems to be of the highest quality. Would love to have either the chase or race system but the pennies are not quite there yet, they are not exactly cheap. I havent seen too many threads here about Kore but if you go over to the TDR (dont think you can use the search feature over there without signing up but you can find them the old fashioned way) and check you will find quite a few threads on them with virtually all of them being positive. If you are looking for a suspension that will take you over the ruts, humps and bumps as well as general on road manners at speed on the road or offroad then it is the ticket. If you are looking for strictly a high lift for looks or rock crawling it may not be the best. Since it only lifts the front end about 2 inches and the rear about an inch. Hopefully someone that has put on one of their systems will chime in. I know it is on my list of gottahavits.

My Kore Chase system is going in this afternoon, I'm excited. Scottw - do a search on Kore - there are a ton of threads on this forum and TDR. Some of the older ones will be called t-rex, because the company recently changed names/structure. BarryG summed it up well - it's a suspension for tearing over things at high speeds baja-style, not a mudding or rock crawling suspension.

From what I've read, Kore is the best of both worlds .. if you can afford it. It's on my list. The rock crawling setups aren't good for normal highway driving. I think Kore is stable on the highway and would be better than stock for rock crawling and add enough lift for 35" tires if that's what you want.
Definitely need to increase tire size over stock. The 7.5" clearance is horrible if you do ANY kind of rough driving. I've already dinged my rear diff and I have less then 4K miles.

I have been running the KORE "Pace" system for a few months. I like the ride beter than Rancho 9000s or OEM Bilstine shocks. It does not do much to decease freeway expansion joint bounce. It does allow you to drive bad dirt roads at much higher speed than stock.
Here's some pictures of the install and finished truck:

KORE RACE here. Hey, Dave, how's the mud in Ohio. Sorry, I couldn't resist. 37's for me, and they work great. Should have the new Toyo 37" MT's by end of next week. Greg has them at his shop right now along with some very interesting fiberglass fenders for me.
Greg Boardman sells KORE products.
For those on the fence, he has a DRC RACE setup that is just slightly more than the CHASE.
It's been said before, and I'll say it again. Until you ride in a KORE truck, you won't know what your missing. It is worth every cent to get one of these systems. Nothing else performs like it at all.
I've installed a few of the CHASE systems along with my RACE, and next weekend I get to install a PACE on a guys truck. These systems are just so sweet.

I have the t-rex system with the bilstein 7100s(kore chase) system and love it. Still able to use the truck for work in construction hauling and towing and also get a MUCH smoother ride off the road. They are kinda spendy but I think they are definately worth it. Took about a day to install in my driveway...I just wish I could see how those Fox shocks ride compared to the Bilsteins. The only gripe I have with the system is the Bilsteins are already starting to rust
