I am running the Rockstars. They are 20 x 8.5 with 35/12.50/R20. I have no rubbing issues, and the wheels have held up great under loads (so far). I have pics of the wheels and the amount the will stick out from the truck in my gallery. If you put on a fender flare of an inch you will have it covered.
I love the way these wheels look, and get lots of compliments....even from the Ford and Chevy lovin friends. The pictures dont do these wheels justice, I looked at pics forever, and liked them, but seeing them in person I love 'em.

20x9 with 5.70" of backspacing on 325/60/20's with a leveling kit. That's nearly a perfect wheel/lift setup..... I'm sure you will be pleased with the look. Definately get some pics up of the tire/wheel/leveling kit installed.
