your not going to spool a stock K 31 on the street. get a Aurora 5000, which has a smaller exhaust housing, and can be driven daily

You should read ALL of the posts about that turbo...

It likes fuel...and RPMS...

If you have them...and know how to drive it, it COULD be the big single for you.

No...don't need headstuds with that turbo at or under 600 hp.

With the right tune...550 hp fuel only is possible out of your truck on OEM injectors and cp3.

Get a TST...dial in the rest of the power.

Say...03 twins program...3-1 with auto timing set at 3 degrees. :-)

I don't see a lift pump on your mod list?

I'm having a hard time figuring out what LPM injectors to use with my GT42 74 I ordered as well.. It's a daily driver 06 auto.. Yes, I know there's a chance it's gonna suck.. haha..

I towed heavy fast and hard for 97k on mine...all above 2k. ;-)

I am not sure about the mileage thing...my truck kept getting the same mileage or better than stock...as it grew.

8500 lbs, 575 hp, rolling on 37's at 85 mph netted 15 mpg...I had no complaints.
