I've got a couple Smarty questions

Prior to the posting of the Revolution software on the Mads site there were several tunes available for stock and modified trucks on the download page. Now when I look at the download page, there's only the variations of the Revo software.

Am I just missing the other pages?

Are the other tunes still available?

Is loading the Revo and tuning it yourself the only option now?

I'm totally stock but tow 10-12k regularly. Where can I get the tune that gave the lower egts and improved mileage for the towing crowd?

that was the point of this new software. One download for all. You'll just want to download the Revo. Stay on the lower numbers for power and chose your parameter as you see fit. Read the instruction pdf for the Revo and that should clean it up for you

I read it but truthfully, just wanted to check before I tried anything. I really don't want to tune it myself, don't really have the time. I was looking for plug and play, low egt, that's why I chose Smarty. The reviews on the towing software that I saw seemed like it was the best of all worlds. Low smoke, low egts, same power, better economy, what more could you want?

I would talk to Bob then. He may understand where you're coming from and trade you for a Smarty Jr. ( don't quote me on that though )

The other option would be... sell the Smarty and buy a Smarty Jr. Selling it shouldn't be hard to do.

You can just load the catcher software without making any changes. It will just be the default settings which is very similar to the earlier mild TM stock programs.

Well, loaded the Revo, much milder than the version that was factory installed. SW3, timing 4, torque 1, RP 2, waste gate on. This is much milder and much closer to stock, until you step down on it. It has half the smoke overall that I had on SW 1 with the factory installed software and almost nothing down low. We'll see about the mileage soon enough.
