I was installing my water nozzles into the heater delete spacer sunday morning got everything back in place and left for home it let go going down thru town on my way home after a few wot passes to set the controller so I say about 1 hr.

Bad luck!
Sounds like excessive mounting torque, unless you remember how tight you made them - in which case it's likely a casting flaw exacerbated by multiple installation cycles.
Also, any strain on the cfm+ flange (i.e. from CAC boot misalignment)?
