ISSPRO tranny gauge......who HATES theirs?

I've had my ISSPRO gauges for about 2yrs now and the last year or so my tranny gauge from time to time bounces all over the place. I will be driving and the guage says 160 and will jump to 250 back to 190 to 250 back to 170 and so on. All connections are great......could it be the amp box for the gauge. Oh, and the temp sender is in the hotline.

Sounds like what my pyro gauge was doing. I called dieselmanor.com, and they had Isspro send me out a new amp box.

Your gonna have to make a call,,,if you want it fixed.

i hate mine... but it works nonetheless. i had a replacement sent to me from genos to swap out parts to see what the issue was. its the ground, however i checked the ground and it seems fine. it kinda flips out and shows whatever temp it wants then settles down to the actual temp it should be at. i have to send the replacement back to genos. but if you bought them recently or within a year or so you can get a replacement from whoever sold them to you. isspro does have a warranty.

I have had this exact problem with mine. The problem was a loose ground on the amp box. All is well ever since.

Same as spooler. I unhooked and rehooked all the lines at the box one at a time, and it was gravy ever since. Mine would go slowly up to the temp, then shoot down to 0... fast like.

Had the same problem, but I had it located in the test port. After that happened I put it in the hot line and I have not had any problems yet.
