Got the glacier horn in the mail today. And I've got a brand new winspeed grid delete waiting to be installed. Planning on dynoing at TVP's shop tomorrow. The manifold looks solid. The welds are good and solid (not necessarily pretty, but solid), the finish looks good, and the interior surface is very smooth. The tapped holes need to be chased as the plugs don't want to thread in past about 1 thread. This is a solid, good looking piece - we'll see how it performs.

Got the manifold installed today, but Erik at Tri Valley didn't have the optical sensor to get an rpm reading (no torque value). He didn't want to dyno test without it. Other than the pipe plugs not fitting in the threads very well, the manifold fit like a glove.

Any reaso you went with the WINspeed grid delete instead of the one from Glacier? Looks to be the same piece and maybe it's matched to the Glacier intake???

I wanted to try to purchase parts from the local guys whenever possible. I picked up a grid delete and a fluidampr from Adam (winspeed) at the Tvp dyno event, I didn't know Erik at TVP was a dealer for Glacier products or I would have just ordered the manifold through him. The spacers open area is larger than the open airway on the manifold, so i don't really think it matters which spacer you buy.

I think WINSpeed's spacer's look nicer and they have three (anadized) colors. Glaciers only have raw aluminum.

Intstalled the CFM last night W O W. What a difference in going up thru the gears, as 2000rpm is coming up the motor is not only smoother but it feels alot stronger. With stock intake it felt like it was hitting a wall as 2k aproached, now rolls right thru it. Nice addition to my power enhancers!!!
