installing sps62 & ats manifold
I’m getting my turbo manifold and tst chip later this week. I know everyone says it’s simple to install but for someone like me I always run into a problem stupid like a clamp or something not lining up right. I was just wondering if anyone has a write up or something that will help with the install of these new power adders. Any help would be much appreciated

just R.T.B. (read the book) Bolts right on they just forget to tell you that it dont fit and you have to make it fit everyone has the same problem with after market parts. some trucks the parts may just fall right into place and others you have to nibble chew cut hack to get it in. but once it is in there you are the only one that knows it took a 10 lb hammer to get it in there good luck Read and re read the book

I just installed the ATS exhaust manifold and it does necessitate cutting
the bracket for the water line going to the heater core. I just sawed the
bracket in to and bolted back with 2 bolts and a flat metal brace. The
outside two nuts on the turbo are a pain because you can only use a wrench
and at least in my case only the open end on the back one. Other than that,
it's pretty simple . The nuts on the studs for the turbo are 15mm and the
manifold bolts are 13mm.
