Installed the Xillaraider today
Wanted to make sure the install was correct on my Xzillaraider race box(0-60-100-140) so I took my truck to Daves diesel in Angola Indiana for the install.Everything went well with the install,no codes and such. This quad box IMHO is the real deal, very smooth power and it hauls butt.My egt,s were around 1015 degrees with the truck floored in the 140Hp postion(post turbo)Compared to my adjustable ramifier this boxes power comes on real strong,I,m grinning from ear to ear.A big thanks to Kyle Graham for a quick shipment and answering all my questions and quadzilla for a very fine product.coobie

I got one.......would you consider making a custom tune on your race box that is a little more aggressive on the low end? I am thinking I would like to try one, but "smooth" power is really not what I'm after. I need more bottom end for spooling the twins or I just wouldn't be happy I don't think. I'm not talking about "more" on the bottom end per say, just having what it is currently doing come in instantly when you mash the go pedal instead of waiting on boost to rise. Have you thought about a "twins" version like TST offers for those with twins or huge singles?
OK....two questions. How are things coming along with the monitor? Haven't heard you mention anything about it in a while. I'm really interested in the pyro readings that will be available. One pyro reading or two?

We will have something more aggressive after this summer. The Xzillaraider was designed for people that want smooth power that is easy on the truck, but still runs great. We are going to build something pretty wild now.
The monitor is going great. 1 pyro reading.

I too installed my Race version yesterday. Easy connections, no problems/codes.
Observations:
I'd say it has decent power. It is not as potent (on 140hp setting) as my VA but it also is not nearly as hot. My VA would peg my 1600*F pyro (pre turbo) in about 3-4 seconds @ WOT. I was not able to get this box to 1200 yet - couldn't keep foot into it long enough. The VA would spin the tires (315's) on dry pavement @ 20 mph. This box will not. The power doesn't seem to hit quite as hard (early) as the VA, BUT, when the power comes, I can stay at WOT for way longer - which is what I was after.
I have read where people are getting fairly high boost numbers with this box. I got low numbers. My max boost numbers: Stock = 22, 60hp = 23, 100hp = 24, 140hp = 25. Max boost with the VA C-3.2 was 29, stacked with EZ (levels 2-4) = 30.
Regarding smoke; VA smoked pretty heavy on level two until turbo got to spinning. The quad box gives a little puff which makes me think it is more efficient power for my stock truck.

Since I've gone away from the TST I'm also very interested in what the hotter version will have to offer. I'm in need of 200+ hp to justify all of the other mods that I have now.
