I jsut put a sb clutch in the truck and some oil leaked out of the output shaft on the transfer case. what oil/fluid do i use. another thing i noticed is that it chatters when not in gear is that normal, or am i just hearing it more because i test drove it w/ out the boots on the shifter.

which clutch? my 3600 dd rattles loud when the pedal is on the floor, and when the truck is in neutral and the pedal is out it still rattles a bit.

need to know what year truck. on the 3rd gens, the tcase takes atf+4 i believe, its in your owners manual. please check to make sure i am right.

Any Chrysler rated ATF will work in the transfer case. It doesnt have to be ATF4.
