Installed Quad XZT - No improv. in MPG
About 3 months ago (6,000 miles ago) I installed a Quad XZT. I got it hoping to see a milage increase. While my milage did not go down, it certainly did not go up. I've kept track of all the fuel my truck has ever used, and no other mods or changes to driving habits have been made. I did do the tone ring mod (& left this mod in place), so the XZT may possibly improve milage for those who have not advanced the milage.
Not griping, just thought I would post in case somebody is thinking about getting this to increase mpgs.

I've seen a slight increase - not much (+/- 1 mpg) if I can keep my right foot off the floor. However, I do have air box and exhaust mods as well - they may be a contributor.

I've run many boxes and now a downloader and the only ones that ever gave me an increase were the Quadzilla boxes on the 60hp setting and the most I saw was a 1 mpg increase. Sounds like you were already getting better than average mileage though. Usually my mileage goes down while running a box so I don't complain anymore as long as I have not lost mpgs.....
Are you getting any timing rattle while running the Quad box? I've seen posts where guys got too much combined timing while running a Quad and a Rokktech or TRM. Too much timing may hurt your mileage. You would know it though if you were getting too much so it's probably not the case.......

I am up 1-2 mpg but I would be just as happy with staying the same and have all the extra power! Now if I can keep my foot out of it, well like on the way home I was doing 35 mph and saw a couple of co-workers so I nailed it just to make engine noise and I lit up the tires, wow what torque!
