It's very dangerous to open/crack the lines and crank the truck post injector pump. The pump builds 5k-26k psi.

That said you need an RP gauge. If your not building around 5k at start up she's not going to start. You could have a bad CP3, they are pretty reliable so if it is bad you need to do some investigating as to why. You also need to flush out all supply, and return lines post pump. It doesn't happen often but sometimes they self destruct and send metal through the rail/injectors/fuel return system and it can be a bugger to get it all cleaned out. If this is the case be careful because it will eat your new injectors.

Have someone crank the truck go back over all injector lines while starting it.look for fuel leaks chances are you got a leak somewhere in the injector lines. If no leaks take the cross over tubes out and be sure the detent ball are lined up with the slot in the head you should be able to push them in easly you should hear them click when they snap in then go back to the injector loosen each one til you can turn them slightly look at the cross over tube if it moves side to side there in right. If it started before the install than the problem is in the install somewhere.Or you got more than one injector bad

The solenoids can be good but if something isn't right with the internals and pressure can't build then the ECM will not tell the injectors to fire. The 12v and VP trucks fired almost instantaneously because the pop pressure was there......with these trucks, if the pressure is not there then the ECM won't send a signal to the injector solenoid to fire.

If injectors are open and not allowing pressure to build I would think he would have had one hell of a squirt when cracking lines at head.. He said lines were dry with no fuel when lines at head were loosened?

It's good to hear they treated you right. As I've stated before in another thread.....lot's of places want to place blame on something you did wrong and try to charge you for it.

Glad you got it up and running.
