Installed new imjectors wont start
Truck was running but smoking when cold installed six reman injectors from Diesel Care Products bled air out of rail and truck refuses to start. Replaced valve cover gasket along with injectors all injectors ohm out below .03 can you think of where to check next? Going to put old injectors back in and see what happens.

Ok couple things
Most injector replacement non start issues are from improper torque specs, specifically connector tubes. A common issue, you must torque everything to spec. Connector tubes should be replaced when you replace injectors old school was reuse them but too many issues. Little bur's, over torques can reek havoc on connectors and its hard to see with the naked eye.
Do you have a RP gauge?

No RP gauge. DCP said one bad injector would keep truck from starting said I need to put one old injector in at a time till it starts. Don't know will go by 6 tubes to make sure

A friend of mine had to have his factory injectors replaced after running bad diesel in his '05. The shop that did the repair used reman injectors. After installing them, the truck still would not start. All six injectors ended up being bad. They ordered 6 more injectors (don't recall if they were remanufactured or new), installed those and she fired right up. Hopefully that is not your issue, but I would not discount it as being the culprit.

Just a thought but check your relief valve on the fuel manifold, I just went through a no start issue and turns out it was the relief valve hanging and not allowing the rail to build the 4000psi needed to fire the engine. As Rye Thomas asked, do you have a rp gauge? If so you can usually see what your rail is pressuring up to when starting.

An update removed trans to replace ring gear and fix an oil leak. Oil leak ended up being a bad rear main seal seal retainer cracked and bad oil pan gasket. Hopefully the shop can get back on the fuel problem tommoro afternoon.

Going to take care of the cam seal while its all apart Bob At D&R Automotive is taking care of this mess for me. I have let to many jack legged gasoline mechanics work on it that didn't know a thing about a Cummins.
