Installed AeroTank 60Gal in my 07' #D-60

Install was very straight forward...

I chose to throw my truck up on my lift rather than do it on the ground, but it could be done fairly easy on the ground as well...

Remove old (new LOL) tank... fair comparison against old one...

FWIW, removing the Drive shaft at the rear Axle creates lots of working space.

The tank is completly bolt in, no more straps built from 14guage Steel, and mine has the added skid welded to the bottom for protection. There is also a bung/drain plug installed at the bottom of the tank.

Gap between Transfer Case and new tank...

Gap between Drive shaft and tank, Id say its 3" or so...

Looking from Driver Rear wheel well...

Driver side, the tank hangs 3" or so below frame...

Here are a couple a more pics... the tank DOES come with a NEW Sending Unit/Pump as well and all connectors vents, and hose.

In all Im super happy, now I can tow for days on end !

Nice pics and install. I will say I couldnt commit to a 3" drop below the frame but im sure we use our trucks alot of different ways.
