Industrial Injection CP3 Pump

I just got my II Stage 2 CP3 pump today. My question is, Has anyone put a modded CP3 pump on with the stock injestors? I'm running a TST, MP8, HTT 64-12 turbo, Full DTT Tranny and I can run up to 85psi of fuel pressure if needed.(but I'm running 27psi now)

Should I put this pump on or wait til I have my extra set of injectors done?

Thanks for the help to come.

I've told that a floor-it makes 24% over stock and the II makes 35% over stock. Thats why I went with a II stage 2 Plus it was $100 cheaper.

Thanks cris

If you're running a TST box, the II stage2 CP3 will allow you to run higher settings without running out of fuel. Get you fuel pressure up to around 40 psi to feed it.

So, is the pump just making more volume and not more pressure? I'm thinking about one but can my 95gph FASS keep up with only 19psi?

Added HP/TQ is still limited...Stock Pump (with some type of lift system) will support 550/650 hp with a Rail Upgrade. We have Been working on a New CR,But NO one wants to take Bosch on,Every Time we ask someone to machine parts to modified the rail,We get the LOOK..The secret is the rail not the Pump or injector.

What kind of rail upgrade are you talking about? A railcap?

No Cap, One pressure regulator Valve ,One Cascade Valve,One one Way valve,You will need to Have a Bypass lift system of some type.Once the Fuel see"s the CP3 it will be spent or circulate back to the CP3, only a trickle will be returned to the Tank.

Is this to prevent the rail from draining? What other benefits will be seen with those mods?

So are you saying your rail kit will solve the starving fuel problem? Wouldn't the pump need to flow more fuel before you would update the rail?

I got a idea, lets get back to the question. What do you think about putting the pump on with stock sticks, or should I wait to get some FLUX injectors?

Has anyone used a modded CP3 with stock sticks and if so what kind of gains did you see?

Thanks CRIS

I didn't feel comfortable with the stock or honed tips, So I'm going with flux 2/ floor it stage 2.
And still will try to limit and monitor the pressure.

Chill out man. We were just asking ?'s about the rail. Its in the same category of what you are asking. (pump, rail, sticks, etc.) Sorry for the hi-jack....

I got a idea, Since you have the cp3 why don't you put it on. It takes all of about 45 min-1hr. Then you can tell us the gains.
